Your leads get a call back in under a minute
It answers your website, rings the ones who leave a number, and books them in.

Seconds
Sixty seconds. That is the whole promise. A lead leaves a number, and the phone rings before they have closed the tab.
IHow it works
Three things happen while you are busy
- I
09:41:02 Form submitted
Someone lands on your site
The chat answers their question from your own pages, then asks for a name and a number. Or your existing form posts the lead to one URL.
- II
09:41:34 Calling
Placony rings them back
Within a minute, while they are still thinking about you. It says it is an AI on a recorded line, then asks the questions you set.
- III
09:44:10 Booked, Tuesday 10:30
They pick a time
It reads your real availability and books them in. The transcript, the answers and the recording land on the lead in your CRM.

The switchboard, 1952. Same job, sixty seconds slower.

The questions everyone asks
- Is it legal to have an AI call people?
- Placony only calls people who asked to be contacted, and stores how they asked: the form, the page, the time. Leads without that record are never dialled automatically. Every call opens by saying it is an AI on a recorded line, and that line cannot be removed. Calling hours are enforced against the lead’s own timezone, and "do not call me again" is honoured permanently. If you sell in the United States, have a lawyer read the consent wording on your own forms.
- Does it sound like a robot?
- It is a real voice model, and it interrupts and recovers like a person would. It is not pretending to be human, though. It says what it is in the first breath, because a caller who finds out later is a caller you have lost.
- What happens when it does not know something?
- It says so and offers to have someone follow up, rather than inventing an answer. You can see every lookup it made on the call, including the ones that failed.
- Do I have to move off my current tools?
- No. It books into Google Calendar or sends your Calendly link, tells your team in Slack, emails from your own Gmail, and appends every lead to a Google Sheet if you want one.
- What if I already have a form?
- Keep it. Point it at one URL and Placony calls whoever fills it in: Webflow, Typeform, Elementor, or Facebook Lead Ads through Zapier.
- How do I cancel or get a refund?
- Cancel from your billing page at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Refund terms, including the fourteen-day window on a first charge, are in the refund policy linked in the footer.
